The short answer
Windsor.ai includes every connector and destination on every plan and limits accounts to between 75 and 500 across all sources, while SightShark includes every account under a connected source on every plan. Windsor also lists data blending and pre-built data models, so the difference is not whether data can be lined up. With SightShark the clean-up runs inside your own warehouse, and client logins, dashboards and alerts read from there.
What you get with SightShark
The numbers are cleaned up, not just copied
One name per metric, one type, one grain, one currency, across every platform. The work runs in SQL inside your warehouse, so you can read how any number was built.
Reports for every client, not one report
You assign a template per client. Each client logs in and sees only their own data. No second copy of the data per client.
Alerts for every client
Set alerts per client for a threshold, a percentage change, a period comparison or missing data. They arrive by email or Slack.
Ask questions in plain English
On Growth and above, the chatbot reads the same cleaned-up tables your dashboards read, using your own LLM key. One set of numbers for all of it.

The detail
What Windsor.ai gives you
Every connector and every destination is on every plan. Windsor says so on its pricing page. Basic is listed at $23 a month, or $19 billed yearly. If the job is getting Google Ads and Meta into BigQuery on a schedule, Windsor does that job.
Windsor counts accounts. Twenty client accounts under one Google Ads manager account count as 20, and the limit is a total across every source: 75 on Basic and Standard, 500 on Professional. SightShark counts the platform once, and every client account under it is included.
Templates and the eleventh client
A template gallery saves you from a blank page. You pick a Data Studio or Power BI layout and point it at your data.
Windsor's pricing page lists links that let a client connect a data source without sharing a password. It does not list a client portal or client logins. With SightShark each client logs in to your portal and sees only their own data.
When to pick Windsor.ai instead
- You want every connector and destination on a low entry price, and your account count fits inside its limits.
- You want syncs more often than once a day. Windsor lists hourly syncs from Standard and every 15 minutes on Professional. SightShark syncs once a day.
- Budget is the deciding factor. Windsor lists Basic at $23 a month, or $19 a month billed yearly.
