Funnel.io alternative: your warehouse, not theirs
Funnel keeps your data on its platform and sends it to you. SightShark puts it in a warehouse you own and cleans it up there. Prices and plans, with dates.
Marketing data platform / 4 minute read / Checked 2026-10-16
The short answer
Funnel.io collects your marketing data onto its own platform, then sends it out to places you connect. On its agency plans, BigQuery and Snowflake come with Agency Advanced, not Agency Standard. On its brand plans, BigQuery is on Business and Snowflake on Enterprise. SightShark writes straight into a warehouse you already own, cleans the data up inside it, and runs your reports and alerts from there, with a chatbot on Growth and above.
What you get with SightShark
The data lands in your own cloud account
We write into a data warehouse you already own, in the region you choose, from the first sync. It is not something you unlock on a higher plan.
The numbers are cleaned up, not just copied
One name per metric, one type, one grain, one currency, across every platform. The work runs in SQL inside your warehouse, so you can read how any number was built.
Reports for every client, not one report
You assign a template per client. Each client logs in and sees only their own data. No second copy of the data per client.
Alerts for every client
Set alerts per client for a threshold, a percentage change, a period comparison or missing data. They arrive by email or Slack.

The detail
Who holds your data
Funnel gathers your data onto its platform and sends copies out. Your warehouse is one of the places it can send to. On its agency plans, BigQuery and Snowflake come with Agency Advanced. On its brand plans, BigQuery comes with Business and Snowflake with Enterprise.
We write straight into a warehouse you already own. Stop paying us and every row is still there.
Everyone has an AI button now
Funnel has Funnel AI and an MCP link. So do Supermetrics, Windsor.ai and Data Bloo. Choosing between them on that will not get you far.
Funnel lists field mapping and automatic currency conversion on every plan, and both run on Funnel's platform. With SightShark the same work runs in SQL inside your own warehouse, where you can read how any number was built.
When to pick Funnel.io instead
- You are happy for the vendor to hold your data and you want a big, established platform.
- Nobody on your team wants to own a cloud account, and you would rather not run a warehouse at all.
- You need a Funnel connector we do not have. Check that first.
- You want exports more often than once a day. Funnel lists every 2 hours from Business. SightShark syncs once a day.
Questions people ask
What is the best Funnel.io alternative?
SightShark is the closest one if you want your marketing data cleaned up inside a warehouse you own, rather than sent to it. Supermetrics and Windsor.ai are closer to how Funnel works: collect the data, then send it somewhere.
Does Funnel.io send data to BigQuery?
Yes. On its agency plans, BigQuery is on Agency Advanced, and on its brand plans it is on Business, with Snowflake on Enterprise, as listed on 16 October 2026. The difference with SightShark is not whether your warehouse can be reached. It is whether the product runs there.
How much does Funnel.io cost?
Funnel lists Starter from $300 a month and Business from $600 a month, both billed yearly, with Enterprise priced on request, as listed on 16 October 2026. Its agency plans are Agency Standard from $300 and Agency Advanced from $600 a month. Compare that against everything you would otherwise buy and staff, not against a single connector tool.
Can I use AI with Funnel data?
Yes. Funnel lists Funnel AI on every plan and MCP access from Starter, for Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools, as listed on 16 October 2026. It also lists field mapping and currency conversion on every plan, done on Funnel's platform. SightShark's chatbot, on Growth and above, reads tables cleaned up inside your own warehouse.
