DashThis alternative: what sits under the dashboard
DashThis prices by dashboard, and its AI connector reads only what is on them. SightShark reads every source, in a warehouse you own. Plans, with dates.

The short answer
DashThis builds white-label marketing dashboards and prices by how many you need, from $54 a month for three, or $44 a month paid yearly, as listed on 16 October 2026. Its MCP connector reads what is already on those dashboards. SightShark keeps every source in a warehouse your agency owns, cleaned up into consistent tables, and the dashboards and alerts read from there, with a chatbot on Growth and above. Custom branding and your own domain are on SightShark's Enterprise plan only.
What you get with SightShark
200+ platforms
Ads, analytics, CRM, stores, payments, email and reviews. Tables and columns are published for the main connectors, one page each.
The data lands in your own cloud account
We write into a data warehouse you already own, in the region you choose, from the first sync. It is not something you unlock on a higher plan.
The numbers are cleaned up, not just copied
One name per metric, one type, one grain, one currency, across every platform. The work runs in SQL inside your warehouse, so you can read how any number was built.
Ask questions in plain English
On Growth and above, the chatbot reads the same cleaned-up tables your dashboards read, using your own LLM key. One set of numbers for all of it.

The detail
Quick to start, simple to price
DashThis is easy to understand. The smallest plan is listed at $54 a month for three dashboards, users are unlimited, and every integration is on every plan. White label and a custom domain are on every plan too; with SightShark, those are on Enterprise only. If each client needs one clear report on a few channels, that is a short path to it.
The unit is the dashboard. DashThis prices by it, and its FAQ says users usually make one per client. Its AI connector reads from the dashboards too.
A question nobody built a chart for
DashThis says its MCP connector reads dashboard data only, and does not go back to your connected platforms for anything that is not in a widget. So its answers come from what is already on a dashboard. It can create a dashboard or add a source when you approve, but it cannot connect a new platform.
On Growth and above, SightShark's chatbot reads the cleaned-up tables in your own warehouse, the same tables the dashboards read. A question nobody charted is still a question about rows you hold, with one name, one type and one currency per metric.
When to pick DashThis instead
- You need a few client dashboards this week and the entry price matters most.
- You want unlimited users and every integration on the smallest plan, with no warehouse to set up.
- You report one client and one channel at a time, and the dashboard already answers every question that comes up.
Questions people ask
What is the best DashThis alternative?
SightShark is the one to look at if you want client data cleaned up in a warehouse your agency owns, with dashboards reading the same tables, and a chatbot on Growth and above. AgencyAnalytics and Whatagraph are closer to DashThis: hosted tools that connect sources and build client reports.
How much does DashThis cost?
DashThis lists Individual, Professional and Business at $54, $164 and $324 a month, or $44, $139 and $279 a month paid yearly, for 3, 10 and 25 dashboards, with Standard at $499 a month, or $429 paid yearly, as listed on 16 October 2026. It prices by the number of dashboards, not by client or integration.
Can the DashThis AI answer questions about my data?
It can answer questions about what is on your dashboards. DashThis says its MCP connector reads dashboard data only and does not go back to your connected platforms for anything that is not in a widget. Every plan also includes AI Insights with four preset insights.
Do I need a data warehouse for client dashboards?
Not if every question is about one client on one channel, where a dashboard reading each platform is enough. You need one when questions span platforms or clients, or depend on history you want to keep, because then the numbers have to sit somewhere in one shape that you control.
